This screen allows the user to reprint the Shipment POD. The Shipment POD is the Proof of Delivery that a customer must sign when receiving his delivery.

  • You can enter the applicable Pick Slip Number in the Pick Slip Number field or use the lookup icon to locate the applicable Pick Slip Number.

  • Select Print.

TECHNICAL

  • Please ensure the correct .rpt templates (WMS_A4_ShipmentPOD.rpt) are configured. Click Settings / System Settings on the Ribbon Bar to print the Packing ListShipment POD. Locate the <which system name> SALESORDER_PICKING System Name, and update the Setting Name <which setting> SHIPMENTPOD_REPORT_NAME by adding the correct .rpt template.

  • Also, please ensure make sure the System Settings point to a physical label printer to print the Label POD. To view or update this, go to Settings / Printers. The filter icon can locate the <which setting> System Action.
