This screen allows the user to reprint the Shipment POD. The Shipment POD is the Proof of Delivery that a customer must sign when receiving his delivery.
You can just enter the applicable Pick Slip Number in the Pick Slip Number field or use the lookup icon to locate the applicable Pick Slip Number.
Select Print.

Please ensure the correct .rpt templates (WMS_A4_ShipmentPOD.rpt) are configured. Click Settings / System Settings on the Ribbon Bar to print the Shipment POD. Locate the SALESORDER_PICKING System Name, and update the Setting Name SHIPMENTPOD_REPORT_NAME by adding the correct .rpt template.
Also, please make sure ensure the System Settings point to a physical label printer to print the POD. To view or update this, go to Settings / Printers. The filter icon can locate the <which setting> SHIPMENTPOD System Action.
