SYSPRO

During the installation phase of FASTTRACK WMS, there are specific SYSPRO Settings that must be updated to work with FASTTRACK WMS.

One of these settings is to update the Automatic depletion of serials and lots settings. This is required for FASTTRACK WMS to control which lot numbers are issued out of stock if your items are lot traceable and for SYSPRO not to automatically deplete them.

Update the Automatic Depletion of serials and lots setting

  • Open your SYSPRO 8 and navigate to Setup Options under Setup on the Main Menu.

  • The Setup Options screen will open for the company you have configured.

  • Use the Search option on the screen to locate the Automatic Deplete in option.

  • The Preference > Distribution > Inventory window will open. Browse to the bottom of the screen to locate the Automatic deplete in setting under Apply Automatic depletion in.

  • There are four options to choose from:

    • Kit Issues

    • Sales orders

    • Both

    • None

  • Make sure the setting is set to None.

Note: This ensures FASTTRACK WMS controls which lot numbers are issued out of stock if your items are lot traceable, and SYSPRO does not automatically deplete them.
