· The TrackID Creation Advanced screen will open
Figure 17 - TrackID Creation Advance screen
· Start by selecting yourwarehouse from the Warehouse drop-down menu
· Next, you can select a single Bin Location, by using the lookup icon or you can import a range of bin locations, from SYSPRO, by selecting the Import button next to the Bin Location field
Note: These Bin Locations must exist in both SYSPRO and FASTTRACK WMS already. If you enter SYSPRO bins that don’t exist in FASTTRACK WMS, you will get a warning message and will first need to create the bin record in FASTTRACK WMS. For more information on how to create bins refer to Create Bins
· Notice that you can click on the Information icon, next to the Import button, and a sample file will be available for you to use. You must first populate your range of bin locations in a comma-separated list in the file before you can import it. If you hover over the icon, you will also see an explanation
Figure 18 - Example file for Bulk import
· Save As the file in a folder of your choice
· Update the Sample file with the correct Bins that you want to Import into the TrackID Creation Advanced screen
· Select the Import button and browse to the location on your pc where you saved the file
· A pop-up message will appear asking you whether you want to load the data from SYSPRO
· Select Yes

· The TrackID Advanced module will query all the bins in SYSPRO and populate the data grid with the stock codes, quantities, and lots on hand in SYSPRO, but not in FASTTRACK WMS
Figure 20 - Populated data grid
· Next, we can use the data in the data grid to create FASTTRACK WMS TrackIDs for SYSPRO stock
· Notice the Qty To Distribute column in the data grid. This shows the total quantity for that stock code in that bin in SYSPRO
Figure 21 - Qty to Distribute
· Next, you must check the tick box in the Select column to select the record you want to work with. The Receipt Quantity column will change to an editable column
· You can now edit this quantity to the quantity you want to display on the TrackID
· Right-click on the line and select Allocate Selected Line To New TrackID. The software will now create a new TrackID for this quantity and show this in the right-hand column
Figure 22 - Select Allocate Selected Lines To New Track ID
· You will get a pop-up, stating FASTTRACK WMS Batch Create if you used the Import function. Select Create. This will create a new bin in FASTTRACK WMS – the software will validate if the Bin already exists or not and create a bin accordingly and then only a new TrackID for the stock code will be created
· You will get a second pop-up, stating the TrackID is created. Select OK
Figure 23 - New TrackID is displayed on the right-hand side
Note: If you want to create multiple stock code TrackIDs for the same bin, you can mark both in the Select column and edit the quantities for both lines. Right-click and select Allocate Selected Lines To New TrackID. Both stock codes will then be added to the same TrackID. IMPORTANT – this will only work if the bin is the same for both stock codes, as TrackIDs can only ever live in one bin location at a time.
Note: To add multiple stock codes to the same TrackID, we need to update a Warehouse setting for that specific Warehouse. On the Ribbon Bar go to Settings / Warehouse Settings and select the applicable Warehouse.

This must be set to Y. If this remains N, and you try to add multiple stock codes to one TrackID then you get a pop-up stating The warehouse setting MULTIPLE_STOCK_ITEMS_ALLOWED is set to N, only 1 stock code is allowed on a TrackID
