Picked stock must be added to a Shipping TrackID (identify a Shipping TrackID by the 'S' refixedprefixed') before it can be dispatched – you can see a Shipping TrackID as a 'carrier pallet' on which you place picked stock. Each Shipping TrackID is a unique entity for which transaction history is recorded. These TrackID labels are generated during the checkout process. It can be used for loading the Shipping entity onto one of your trucks or a 3rd party logistic transport method, along with a Waybill or Bill of Lading document. These documents are also generated within the WMS as part of the Shipping process. The highly configurable Shipping module allows for both fixed and flexible loading. The module is also flexible enough to allow products from different pick slips for the same customer on the same Shipping TrackID or to split pick slips (for the same customer) over various shipments.
