Stock Take and Cycle Counting / Reports / Outstanding Pick Slips Report [STK053]
This Outstanding Pick Slips Report provides a user with a detailed list of all pick slips per warehouse that are currently in progress and haven’t been invoiced or completed.
The report aims to investigate any open pick slips before a stock take can start. Good warehouse practice always closes off all open pick slips before a stock take.

If any open pick slip TrackIDs exist, they must be counted during the stock take. If any of these TrackIDs are not counted, the stock will be written off, and the TrackIDs will be closed. This will stop the pick slip from being picked and delivered. |

From the Main Menu, browse to Stock Take and Cycle Counting / Reports / Outstanding Pick Slips Report
The Outstanding Pick Slips Report will open
You can start by selecting the Warehouse from the Select Warehouse(s) drop-down, for which a stock take is scheduled.

If a stock take is scheduled for more than one Warehouse, you can select more than one Warehouse from the Select Warehouse(s) drop-down. |
You can choose various statuses by selecting the tick boxes under Status, but ideally, you should focus on all active pick slips.
Select the Refresh icon to load or reload the data grid.
If there’s any pick slips still active in this report, they can be tracked from the Pick Slip Review screen.
