REPORT DESCRIPTION 

The Cycle Count Analysis report

is used to analyze cycle count history

 STANDARD PROCESS

  • Select

a date range and other desired filters
  • Run the report by clicking the refresh button

  • SPECIAL FEATURES

    All stock codes in the company can be displayed, to get an overall picture,  as opposed to
    • the From Date and To Date for which the report must run.

    • Various filters can be selected to review the data.

      • From ABC Analysis drop-down, you can select to view either one or all options.

      • You cannot enter the From and To Stock Codes if the Show All Stock Codes are selected. This option will give an overall picture instead of just seeing stock codes that were counted.

      • If the Only Show Counted option is selected, then you must enter a Stock Code range.

      • If the Include No ABC Class is selected, all Cycle Counts with no ABC Classes will display

    • If changes were made to the filters, select the Refresh icon to reload the data grid.

    • Drag columns up to the Drag a column header here to group by that column section to analyze the data.

    • In SYSPRO, the ABC Classification function relates to Pareto Analysis, a commonly known term in Inventory Control. When a company needs to establish the percentage each product contributes to the overall costs, they can use the ABC Classification facility in SYSPRO to monitor this over a period of time.
