A command line process will be kicked off as follows to stop the IIS Services on the WMS Server in preparation for the upgrade.
iisreset.exe /start
A Service Command will be fired to Start the DATASCOPE WMS WebAPI Windows service as follows:
Service Process Name: DATASCOPE WMS WebAPI
