Thank you for your understanding and patience.This is a general information check screen where you can query the location of stock or the content of a TrackID or Shipping TrackID. The Information Check report is available on the PC and HTML 5 scanner-based screens.

  • Notice that the screen has various TABS: By TrackID, By Bin, By Stock Code, Open Bins, and PF Setup.

  • If you are on the By TrackID Tab, you can search for a specific TrackID in the TrackID field, and the information will populate the screen.

  • Type in your TrackID or select the Search button and Tab off the field

  • You have the option to select the Exact match tick box. This is the same according to the PC screen. You can also include records with zero quantities by selecting the incl. zero Qty tick box.

  • If you select a different Tab, you can search for that specific Bin or Stock code, depending on your chosen TAB.

  • Notice that you are also able to sort the populated columns by selecting the little Sort button

  • At the bottom of the data grid, you can browse to the Next or Previous page

  • If you are on the By Stock Code TAB, you will see all the TrackIDs for a specific Stock Code in their various Bins

  • By default all TrackIDs for a specific Stock Code in All Warehouses will display. However, you can update the Warehouse and only view TrackIDs for a specific Stock Code in a specific Warehouse.

  • The Open Bins Tab allows you to search for all open Bins in a specific Warehouse or Zone. This list contains all the empty Bins in the warehouse

  • Lastly, if you select the PF Setup Tab, you can search in which pick face bins a specific stock code item lies. This is according to the pick-face setup on the pc
