  • Under the TrackID Type you must include Shipping

Info

Note: For faster selection check the Select All TrackID Types check box next to TrackID Type, to include all types.

  • Check the Include INACTIVE TrackIDs checkbox

Info

Note: As Shipping TrackIDs do not have saleable stock on them, they will automatically have an INACTIVE status, hence the reason to check the Include INACTIVE TrackID checkbox.

  • Select the correct Warehouse

  • Select the Refresh icon

Image Added
  • The detail of each Shipping TrackID and its content will display

  • The details from the MSN Checkout process will display in the data grid if you select the plus sign next to the Shipping TrackID

Image Added

Once the entire order has correctly been packed onto Shipping TrackIDs, the dispatch staff must scan each Shipping TrackID into the Dispatch Bin or Lane in the dispatching staging area (if shipping lanes are being used in your warehouse)

Info

Note: This is not a mandatory step but can assist the dispatch staff in gathering all Shipping TrackIDs for a single shipment in one physical place.
