Pickface Allocation Report
The purpose of this report is to assist new clients with re-evaluating their existing warehouse layout. The best way to do this is to analyze the current sales data to calculate the correct pick face bin sizes and layout accurately. Once this has been optimized, the bulk bin storage can be quantified fairly easily.
Due to the complexity of each warehouse type, we provide a manual Pickface Calculation Script process, available on the DSP secure portal.
