When setting up your Barcode Cross Reference data, you will be creating a master data relationship between your SYSPRO stock code and your Supplier's barcodes, which would typically be found on the product.
Often, your current supplier barcode data will already be stored in your SYSPRO Alternate Key 1 field against the stock code master record in SYSPRO, or in your SYSPRO Supplier x-ref (Catalogue Number) or, in some cases, in your Customer x-ref (Customer Stock Code) files in SYSRO.
This import screen allows a user to select the data in one or more of these tables and import this data into the DATASCOPE WMS Barcode Maintenance module. Normally the data still needs to be manual cleaned up once the import has been completed.
On the Import SYSPRO Barcode Data screen, select one or all of the following options, to import the data from SYSPRO as Alternate codes into DATASCOPE WMS.
