Thank you for your understanding and patienceThis screen balances the Lot Expiry date after it goes out of sync between DATASCOPE WMS and SYSPRO. Occasionally, the Lot Expiry date can go out of sync between DATASCOPE WMS and SYSPRO. Ideally, it should always be the same.

This screen will then compare all the SYSPRO Lot Expiry Dates for all Lots greater than zero to all the DATASCOPE WMS Lot Expiry Dates per warehouse and highlight variances in red. Clicking the "Balance" button at the bottom right of the screen forces all DATASCOPE WMS Lot Expiry Dates to match the SYSPRO ones and paints the screen green when done.

  • Select a Warehouse from the Warehouse drop-down.

  • Select the Refresh icon for the data grid to load

  • All Lot Numbers with out-of-sync expiration dates will be highlighted in Red.

  • Select the Balance button in the bottom right-hand corner to balance the Expiry Dates.

  • The System will update the DATASCOPE WMS Expiry Date with the SYSPRO Expiry Date.

  • All Lot Numbers will turn green, indicating that they are back in sync.
