TrackID Types are managed automatically in the system depending on the transaction being processed.

TrackID types are also one of the filters on the Information Check screen, with NORMAL and PICKFACE as the defaults.

The Information Check screen is a general information check screen where you can query the location of stock or the content of a TrackID.

TrackIDs typically have a header status and a line status. When created for the first time, the header status and the line status of any TrackID are the same, but because a TrackID can have multiple stock codes on one TrackID, the line status determines the status of the line and, therefore might differ from line to line on the same TrackID.

  • Open DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS

  • From the Main Menu, browse to KPI Dashboard & Reporting / Information Check

  • Search for a TrackID by selecting the lookup icon next to the TrackID field.

  • Select the Include INACTIVE TrackIDs checkbox.

  • Select the Refresh icon.

  • The data grid will load with the TrackID detail.

  • Notice that one of the lines on the TrackID might have a different TrackID Item Status from the TrackID Status.  It shows as Inactive as the Qty = zero.
