The Cloud Printing Services will be installed on the physical host (for example your Windows Server 2019) and not on the Docker container. The physical printers will also be installed on the physical host and not on the Docker.
The installation of the printers would follow the normal print installation process and you will have a an user-friendly interface to configure them.
For more information on configuring the physical printers refer to Configuring Printers
How it works
The Crystal Report Engine within the Docker is still spooling out the documents inside the Container, but they are then passed through to the cloud print service and from there to the printers.
No delays will be experienced as this is near real-time printing even though a longer process is followed.
