DATASCOPE WMS extensively uses Pick Slips and Tote TrackIDs (also known as License Plates) throughout the system. Therefore, all tracking units (inventory) are expected to be labeled with a TrackID and picked from the Pick Slip.
Occasionally, the Tote TrackID Label printers might need to be in order, or TrackIDs get damaged during material handling on the warehouse floor, and you need to reprint the Tote TrackID Labels or the Packing List.
Enter the Pick slip number in the Pick Slip field or use the lookup icon to locate the required Pick Slip.
Select the Reprint Packing List button.
The printer pop-up will appear. Select Apply
To reprint the Tote TrackID, enter the TrackID number in the Tote TrackID field or use the lookup icon to locate the required TrackID number.
Select the Reprint Box Label button.

Please ensure the correct .rpt templates are configured. To print the Packing List, click on Settings / System Settings on the Ribbon Bar. Locate the TOTE_CHECKOUT System Name, update the setting PRINT_PACKING_LIST to Y(es), and add the .rpt template to the PACKING_LIST_TEMPLATE Setting name.
Also, please ensure the System Settings are pointing point to a physical label printer to print the Packing List. To view or update this, go to Settings / Printers. You can use the filter icon to locate the TOTE_CHECKOUT_PACKING_LIST System Action.
Please ensure the correct .rpt templates (ToteCheckOutBox.rpt) are configured. To reprint the Tote TrackID Box Label, click on Settings / System Settings on the Ribbon Bar. Locate the TOTE_CHECKOUT System Name, update the setting BOX_LABEL_TEMPLATE with the applicable .rpt template.
Also ensure the System Settings are pointing to a physical label printer to print the Tote TrackID Box Label. To view or update this, go to Settings / Printers. You can use the filter icon to locate the TOTE_CHECKOUT_BOX_LABEL System Action.
