DATASCOPE WMS extensively uses Pick Slips and Tote TrackIDs (also known as License Plates) throughout the system. Therefore, all tracking units (inventory) are expected to be labeled with a TrackID and picked from the Pick Slip.

Occasionally, the Tote TrackID Label printers might need to be in order, or TrackIDs get damaged during material handling on the warehouse floor, and you need to reprint the Tote TrackID Labels or the Packing List.

  • Enter the Pick Slip number in the Pick Slip field or use the lookup icon to locate the required pick slipPick Slip.

  • The Customer and pre-configured Report Template will load automatically.

  • Select Print to print a new label.

  • NoneThis .rpt (DATASCOPE_CARTON_4x6.rpt) template must be added to a SYSPRO Custom Form Field created against the customer. Please look at the AR Customer Query under Accounts Receivable within SYSPRO. Once the template has been added to the Custom Form Field in SYSPRO, the DATASCOPE WMS System Setting PACK_STATION_CHECKOUT / SettingName CFF_CUSTOMER_BOX_LABEL_TEMPLATE must be updated with the Custom Form Field created in SYSPRO.

  • Also, please ensure the System Settings point to a physical label printer to print the Label. To view or update this, go to Settings / Printers. You can use the filter icon to locate the PICKING_BOX_LABEL System Action, and make sure the correct physical label printer is configured for the applicable Warehouse.

SYSPRO REQUIREMENTS & Business objects used

  • A Box Label Template must be configured per customer within a Custom Form Field in SYSPRO under Accounts Receivable / AR Customer Query in order to use this module.
