Thank you for your understanding and patienceThis screen unlocks specific Purchase Order Receipt sessions on the PC or Mobile screen. If a user has accessed the PO Receipt screen on either a PC or an HTML5 device for a specific Purchase Order and is unable to close their session for some reason, the specific Purchase Order can be unlocked using this program. Due to the nature of the transaction, each purchase order receipt should only ever have one user active in it at a time, but that user may need to be forced out.
The list of users with open Purchase Order Receipt sessions will be displayed in the data grid.
Select the applicable user or use the grid filter to locate a specific Purchase Order.
Select Unlock or if required Unlock All.
