Reference: KPI Dashboard & Reporting / Standard Reports / TrackID History TrackID History [RPT002]
The TrackID History screen displays all historical data for a specific TrackID.
You can search for the TrackIDs you want to view using the Lookup icon.
You will notice the history of the TrackID; you will see an ActionDate, the operator who did the quality check, and the module that was used.
The history of inspectable pallets can be viewed under the Main Menu / KPI Dashboard & Reporting / Standard Reports / TrackID Historyor TrackIDs created for an RMA can be viewed in this report.
When a Stock Code Convert transaction is done, you can see it on this screen.
TrackID History is also visible on the Information Check screen.

From the WMS Main Menu, browse to KPI Dashboard & Reporting / Standard Reports / TrackID History
You can search for the TrackIDs you want to view using the Lookup icon.
Select the Refresh icon to load the data grid
You will notice the history of the TrackID; you see an ActionDate, the Operator who did the Quality check and the Module that was used.

The SYSPRO Journal Number is also visible in the TrackID History Report. See the JournalNumber column in the data grid. |
All the steps for creating a TrackID for an RMA will also be visible.
You can also browse to the Information Check option under the Main Menu / KPI Dashboard & Reporting / Standard Reports to view the status of the TrackIDs.

Note: If a pallet is still On Hold, it must be dealt with by a supervisor to write off or quarantine the stock. If a pallet has a status of On Hold, it can’t be picked or invoiced. |
