This screen unlocks specific Purchase Order Receipt sessions that are active on either the PC or Mobie Mobile screen. If a user has accessed the PO Receipt screen on either a PC or an HTML5 device for a specific PO Purchase Order and that user is unable to close their session for some reason, the specific PO Purchase Order can be unlocked using this program. Each PO Receipt Due to the nature of the transaction, each purchase order receipt should only ever have one user active in it at a time due to the nature of the transaction, but that user may need to be forced out.

• The list of users with open Purchase Order Receipt sessions will be displayed in the data grid.

• Select the applicable user or use the grid filter to locate a specific Purchase Order.

• Select Unlock or if required Unlock All.
