DATASCOPE WMS can manage the sale of non-stocked products to clients. Users are able to can load a Sales Order with both stocked and non-stocked products in SYSPRO, and when these pick slips are released in DATASCOPE WMS, a pick slips slip for each warehouse on the Sales Order , and a separate pick slip for the non-stocked products will be printed. This module list and manage all the non-stocked picking slips. >> so non stocked picking slips will not be visible in the normal Pick slip Review screen?If the non-stocked products are received in the warehouse, a label can be printed with the stock code, the destination Sales Order, and Customer detail. The user must manually move the non-stocked products, with the printed label on it, to the Dispatch area. Only stocked products are picked during picking, using Sales Pick to Pickslip (HTML5 screen). During checkout, the Check Out Put Away (HTML5 screen)will warn the checker that there are non-stocked products with their detail, and it must be manually fetched from the Dispatch area and added to the stocked items. Once the Checkout has been confirmed, the invoice is generated, including the non-stocked products.
This module lists the non-stocked picking slips, and the operator can track their progress.
Start by selecting the From Date and To Date from the drop-down.
You can also filter on a specific Sales Order by entering the number in the Sales Order field , or use using the lookup icon.

Select the Refresh icon to reload the data grid.

Non-stocked pick slips are only printed if there is a Qty for non-stock lines in ship in Ship in SYSPRO. Once the receipt is completed, the product will automatically move to Ship in SYSPRO. |
Similar to the Pick Slip Review (Work In Progress) [PIK010] you can track the progress of the Non-Stocked Pick Slips.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Pick Slips can be cancelled canceled from this screen by right-clicking on a line. This can, however, only be done when nothing has been picked, and you have the correct permissions.
Releasing and picking of the nonNon-stocked products will not be visible in the Pick Slip Review module.
Non-stocked products will follow the same process as normal pick slipsbe printed on a pick slip, but no picking record will be recorded.
Any overdue pick slip will appear in red text based on pre-defined system settings.
