Note: This report must not be used to replenish pickface bins from bulk bin locations in your warehouse. |
The report calculates (and suggests) the inventory movements from one warehouse to another. This is typically required when an off-site warehouse stores bulk stock, and stock must be moved to the main warehouse to support Sales Order demands.
Enter or select the Supplying warehouse.
Enter or select the Receiving warehouse.
Enter the Demand Days Ahead cut-off. By default, it should be -1 for All. It refers to the number of days that the system will look ahead on Jobs (DeliveryDate) and Sales Orders (ShipDate) to calculate the demand in SYSPRO. When this is set to -1, all checks are removed, and all Ship and Delivery dates are considered.
Select the Refresh icon to load the data grid.
The screen calculates the Sales Order demand using SYSPRO Sales Orders against the Receiving warehouse.
Bin and TrackID (pallet number) numbers from the Supplying warehouse are suggested in this report.
The total transfer quantity (refer to the Trn Qty (Transfer Qty) column) or the Min/Max Qty columns can be used to determine the Qty to be moved.
