The customer’s default delivery route, configured in SYSPRO, will display on the Sales Order Release screen. However, it can be changed by selecting a different route. The selected Route is then assigned to the pick slip when the pick slip gets printed.

Try it!

·        From the Main Menu, browse to Order Release / Sales Order Release.

·        Enter the Sales Order number in the Sales Order number field.

·        The default route will be visible in the Route field but can be updated by selecting the drop-down and selecting a different route.

On the Sales Order Wave Release screen, there is a run-time filter for Route. This can be used to select Sales Orders for a specific route or route selection. This assists warehouse staff in grouping customers’ Sales Orders by Route and releasing all pick slips for a particular route.

·        From the Main Menu, browse to Order Release / Sales Order Wave Release.

·        The Sales Order Allocation Parameters will open. From here, you can set the filters to view all Sales Orders for a specific Route.

·        Another option is to group the data grid by the Route column to allow releasing of all the pick slips for a single route as a group.

·        Once pick slips have been created, they will automatically appear on the Load Planning Board. This screen is the review screen of all pick slips assigned to a specific route.
