The report calculates (and suggests) the inventory movements from one warehouse to another. This is typically required when an off-site warehouse stores bulk stock, and stock must be moved to the main warehouse to support Sales Order demands.

  • Enter or select the Supplying warehouse.

  • Enter or select the Receiving warehouse.

  • Enter the Demand Days Ahead cut-off. By default, it should be -1 for All.

  • Select the Refresh icon to load the data grid.

  • The screen calculates the Sales Order demand using SYSPRO Sales Orders against the Receiving warehouse.

  • Bin and TrackID (pallet number) numbers from the Supplying warehouse are suggested in this report.

  • The total quantity (refer to the Trn Qty (Transfer Qty) column) or the Min/Max Qty columns can be used to determine the Qty to be moved.

You should scroll to the far right to see the Bin and TrackID numbers.

  • This report can be printed or exported by selecting the required buttons at the top-right hand corner of the screen.

  • The user can then use the Goods In Transit OUT [GIT030] and/or GIT IN [GIT002] modules to move the stock from one warehouse to the other.
