The report calculates (and suggests) the inventory movements from one warehouse to another. This is typically required when an off-site warehouse stores bulk stock, and stock must be moved to the main warehouse to support Sales Order demands.
Enter or select the Supplying warehouse.
Enter or select the Receiving warehouse.
Enter the Demand Days Ahead cut-off. By default, it should be -1 for All.
Select the Refresh icon to load the data grid.
The screen calculates the Sales Order demand using SYSPRO Sales Orders against the Receiving warehouse.
Bin and TrackID (pallet number) numbers from the Supplying warehouse are suggested in this report.
The total quantity (refer to the Trn Qty (Transfer Qty) column) or the Min/Max Qty columns can be used to determine the Qty to be moved.
You should scroll to the far right to see the Bin and TrackID numbers.
This report can be printed or exported by selecting the required buttons at the top-right hand corner of the screen.
The user can then use the Goods In Transit OUT [GIT030] and/or GIT IN [GIT002] modules to move the stock from one warehouse to the other.
