Try it!
Open SYSPRO.
From the SYSPRO Program list, browse to Accounts Receivable / Setup / Customers.
From the Customer lookup field, you can locate the first customer.
Select the customer’s name from the Customer for the Branch: All screen to configure the customer’s delivery route.
Within the General Details pane, you can set up the Delivery route and the Delivery route sequence.
Note: These Delivery Routes should match the physical routes taken by your delivery trucks.
The only data required for the DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS Load Planning module to work is the Delivery Route and sequence configured on this SYSPRO screen. The Volume, Mass, and Frequency are not required.
Note: The From Route and To Route dropdowns in the DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS Load Planning Board filter screen are displayed alphanumerically, so consider this when setting up your Route codes here in SYSPRO.
Note: This route is the default route for the Customer’s pick slip and can be changed before generating the pick slip. All pick slips can easily be changed from route to route on the DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS Load Planning Board. This default value does not need to be fixed for all pick slips but typically only represents the default route for each customer.
The Delivery route sequence can be configured for each customer and route. It refers to the sequence in which each customer will receive their delivery. For example, if you have five customers on the same delivery route, this sequence number will define which customer’s delivery gets offloaded first, second, third, etc.
These Delivery Routes and associated Sequence numbers automatically carry over into the DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS Sales Orders created for each customer.
