The System Manager controls all aspects of the DATASCOPE WMS, from Clean Installations, Downloading Ports/Upgrades, and Configuration, to SQL Maintenance Tools and Services.

With the new Docker Installation process, we advise DSPs to use the Docker Container to install DATASCOPE WMS and System Manager for Ports/Upgrades and other Configurations.

The System Manager is the first software application installed on the WMS Server and is key to the DATASCOPE WMS Ecosystem.

The System Manager will be used to perform the following tasks on the DATASCOPE WMS Application Server.

  • Validate the Server Role Prerequisites

  • Validate the Software Prerequisites

  • Downloading the DATASCOPE WMS Upgrade Package (Ports/Upgrades)

  • Performing a Clean Install of DATASCOPE WMS

  • Configuration of the required System Settings

  • Creation of the Base System Databases

  • Installation of any DATASCOPE WMS Services

  • SQL Table Maintenance Tasks

The System Manager is updated using Automatic Auto Heal technology to ensure the latest version is always used.

The Main Application looks as follows.

The software version number is indicated in the bottom left of the application.
