View Received Notifications on the Scanner Client

HTML / Notifications [NOT003] / View Notification [NOT004]

HTML Scanner devices will receive notifications on log-in and if the user has received a message.

A pop-up will appear on login, asking the user if he wants to read the message.

Try it!

  • The Notification pop-up will be visible in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  • Double-clicking the notification message will open the Notification data grid with all the messages.

  • To view a message, click on it, and the View Notification screen will open.

  • Like the PC client Notification Inbox. The Action button will be enabled if it is an actionable message. The user must select the button once the task has been completed.

  • Selecting Exit will take you back to the Notification data grid containing all the notifications.

  • Once all the Notifications were read and you actioned it, it will be removed from your inbox.
