Reprint Pick Slip (Work in Progress) [PIK030]

This module is used to reprint an existing Pick Slip.

  • Enter the Pick Slip you want to reprint in the From Pick Slip Number field. If it is only one Pick Slip that must be reprinted you don’t need to fill in the To Pick Slip Number field.

  • If there is a range of Pick Slips you must enter the To Pick Slip Number

  • Select the Format. It can either be a Sales Order, Job, or Replenishment

Ensure the correct report template is linked for each format above.

  • The format of the Pick Slip will depend on the Format chosen.

  • Select Print

  • The Printer pop-up will appear.

If the message No Pick Slip(s) were Printed appear, then there are no data for the selected Pick Slip that matches the value you have entered in the From and To Pick Slip Number fields.

SPECIAL FEATURES

TECHNICAL

  • To print to a physical printer, update the SALESORDER_PICKING setting under Settings / Printers.

  • For each of the different Formats (Sales Order, Job, Replenishment) you must ensure the correct report template has been setup against the System Setting.

    • For the Sales Order. From the Ribbon bar, select Settings / System Settings and locate SALESORDER_PICKING in the System Name drop-down. Update the REPORT value to the correct .rpt template.

    • For the Job Pick slip. From the Ribbon bar, select Settings / System Settings and locate JOB_PICKING in the System Name drop-down. Update the REPORT value to the correct .rpt template.

    • For the Replenishment. From the Ribbon bar, select Settings / System Settings and locate REPLENISHMENT in the System Name drop-down. Update the PICKING_SLIP_RPT_TEMPLATE value to the correct .rpt template.
