Operator Defaults (User Setup) [TIL003]

When setting up users and operators, certain default settings, including the default Warehouse, Area, and Print station, can be configured per user.

  • Select the applicable Operator Name from the drop-down.

  • The Operator field will populate automatically.

  • The following fields can be configured but are not required.

    • Standard Daily Work Time

    • Operator default Warehouse

    • Operator default Area

    • Operator default MHE

    • Print Station

  • Select Save after changes have been made.

This screen works hand-in-hand with the Task Management module, and applicable tasks specific to the operator can be configured here.

  • On the right-hand side of the screen

  • Select the applicable Task Code from the drop-down list

  • The Task Type will show automatically

  • Add a Task Name in the Task Name field

  • Set the Priority for this task. 1 being the highest priority and 10 being the least.

  • Select Save

  • The above information is used in the Operator Task Allocation Screen
