The Maintain Pickfaces screen configures Pick face bin locations. It links stock codes to pick face bin locations and sets up the trigger levels for each record. Trigger levels are typically the rules configured to generate the replenishment reports, which notify users when pick faces must be filled.

A stock code must first be linked to the pick face bin to update a pick face from this screen. This must first be done on the PC screen - Maintain Pickfaces [WHS020]

  • Scan the Bin label into the Bin field.

  • When you select Tab the Stock Code and Description field will auto-load.

  • Select the stock code to Edit

  • Select the Edit button.

  • The Pickface Min and Max Qty, Reorder Level, Replenishment Qty and Options, Source Warehouse and Unit Threshold can be updated.

  • Select Save.

  • A pop-up will appear to confirm any changes. Select OK.

  • The option to print a new pickface label will appear.

  • If you select Yes, select the applicable printer and Apply.

  • Additional stock codes can be added to the pickface bin. Select Add.

A System Setting must be updated to allow multi Bin stock code setup.

  • Scan or enter a second stock code to add to the pick face and update the Pickface Min and Max Qty, Reorder Level, Replenishment Qty and Options, Source Warehouse and Unit Threshold fields.

  • Select Save

TECHNICAL

  • If you need to do a multi bin stock code setup a system setting must be updated. On the Ribbon bar, browse to Settings / System Settings. Locate the PICKFACE system name and update the ALLOW_MULTI_BIN_STOCKDE_SETUP to Y(es). The default of this setting will always be N(o).
