Link Totes [CHK108]

If Tote Labels aren’t linked to the pick slips and the user performs an MSN Tote picking there will be no validations.

• Start by scanning or entering the Tote numbers in the Tote field.

• You can add multiple Totes and the Total Count will increase with the number of Totes entered, and the data grid will update with the Tote Numbers.

• Scan or enter the pick slip number(s) in the Pick Slips field. You can add multiple pick slips.

• Select Post

SPECIAL FEATURES

• The Tote Labels must have been created and printed prior to linking them to a pick slip. For more information, refer to Tote Trolley Labeling [LAB007]

• Note that all Totes are linked to all Pick Slips listed. It’s not a one-to-one link, but a many-to-many.

• Pick Slips can only be linked to a Tote number if they are in one of the following statuses: PRINTED, ASSIGNED, STARTED.

• If you want to see which Pick Slips are linked to which Totes, you can view Tote Administration. From the Main Menu, browse to System Setup / Tote Administration / Tote Administration [SET061]
