Bin Transfers (HTML5)
HTML5 - Bin Transfer [MOV004]
Bin Transfers are used to move an existing TrackID from its current location to a new bin location within a warehouse. The destination bin can be in the same warehouse or a different warehouse. If in a different warehouse, the software will automatically transact a warehouse transfer simultaneously when moving the scanned TrackID. This transaction moves an entire TrackID with all its contents from one bin location to another.
There are other transactions to move portions of a TrackID to another location. Â For more information, refer to TrackID Consolidate (HTML5)

To open the HTML 5 scanner screen from the PC, go to the Main Menu at the top of your screen and select Launch HTML5. This will open the HTML 5 sub-menu.
Click on the Launch HTML 5 icon.
Your HTML 5 scanner screen will load.
You will notice that all the modules will be visible. Use the search icon to easily search for the Bin Transfer module or browse through the screens to locate it.
If you open the Bin Transfer module the following window will open.
Scanning the TrackID
The warehouse staff must scan the TrackID that must be moved to its new bin location.
When the TrackID is scanned, the current Bin location, where the TrackID resides will populate automatically within the Current Bin field, and the individual stock code, lot number, and Qty, which are currently on the scanned TrackID, will display in the data grid at the bottom of the screen.
Posting the TrackID to its new Bin Location
The warehouse staff must scan the destination Bin location into the To Bin field.
The software will validate if the new scanned bin location is a valid location and if the bin is in an ACTIVE or ON HOLD status.
Once validation is successful you can select Post.
The software will transfer the scanned TrackID into the new Bin location in both DATASCOPE WMS and SYSPRO. If required, a warehouse transfer will also be performed, if the Bin is in a different warehouse.
