Create Operator Labels
Labeling / Operator Label Print [LAB002]
All Operators working on a warehouse floor must be identified and tracked during any cycle within a warehouse. A label that the operator must use to sign in every time he processes a transaction is used for this purpose.
This screen will simply print a barcode for each operator to your selected barcode label printer. For a more robust, formal ID Card, you can contact a DATASCOPE Solution Provider (DSP)

Confirm User is Licensed
A prerequisite before creating an operator label is for the Operator to be correctly configured in DATASCOPE WMS and SYSPRO. Refer to Set up your users.
To view whether an Operator is licensed:
On the Ribbon Bar go to Settings / User Licensing
Click to open the User Licensing screen
If a user has a tick mark, under the Licensed column, that user is a valid DATASCOPE WMS user
Â
Create an Operator label
Once confirmed that a user is licensed you can continue to print the operator label.
Browse to Operator Label Print located on the Main Menu under Labeling / Operator Label Print
The Operator Label Print screen will open.
Start by browsing for the Operator code by clicking on the search icon next to the Operator field. If you know the Operator code, you can just type it in.
The Lookup Operator screen has a sort function. If you click on the Group icon and drag it into the data grid it will reveal all the Operator codes, or you can open a specific group by selecting the plus sign in front of the Group name. Click on the operator row and press the Select button
In the Password field you must enter the SYSPRO password for the specific Operator selected.
Enter the SYSPRO company password in the Company Password field
Select Print. Notice that the label will not print immediately as the system will first validate if the user credentials are correct
In the Printer prompt, select to which printer the label must print and select Apply
A physical label will print, which the Operators must use to log on to their devices.
