Downloading and Installing the System Manager Agent

The System Manager is downloaded using an Agent. This Agent will ensure that the latest version of the System Manager is constantly being used and validated upon startup of the system.

Once Downloaded, the Installation process is straightforward. Just run the MSI file to install the Agent.

Try it!

  • Open the Agent. The following screen will display.

  • Click Next to continue.

  • Keep the default option and click Next.

  • Confirm the install can start by clicking Next.

  • Once the install is complete, click the Close button.

  • A new desktop shortcut will have been generated as shown below.

  • Opening the application for the first time will result in it downloading the latest version of the System Manager.

  • Select Yes to start installing.

  • Once download the System Manager is installed and will automatically execute as shown below.

The System Manager is quite a complex and integrated piece of software, interacting with a number of interfaces on a clients site. The System Manager Technical Integration will define these technical aspects in quite some detail.
