System Settings

The shipping module is built to manage the shipment of orders through a third-party logistics provider (LSP’s). It is designed to prepare and control the shipping of pallets of products (stock) that have already been picked and checked out.

The Shipping module must first be activated before it can be used.

Try it!

To activate this module:

  • On the Ribbon bar, browse to Settings / System Settings

  • Locate the system name General from the drop-down

Locate General under System Settings

  • Scroll to SHIPPING_MODULE under the SettingName column and change the SettingValue to Y (for Yes)

  • Select Apply at the bottom right-hand corner to save the change

Locate SHIPPING_MODULE and update the Setting Value.

  • This enables the Shipping module. Next, you must set up specific master data before using the module.

  • Start by configuring the Shipping TrackID Type
