TrackID Consolidate (HTML5)
HTML5 - TrackID Consolidate [MOV006]
The TrackID consolidate module moves a single stock code from an existing TrackID onto a different or brand new TrackID.
Note: The entire TrackID with all its contents does not move its location – only the stock code you selected will move.
For more information on moving an entire TrackID with all its content, refer to Bin Transfers (HTML5)

Click on the Launch HTML 5 icon.
Your HTML 5 scanner screen will load.
You will notice all the modules will be visible. Use the search icon to easily search for the TrackID Consolidation button.
If you open the TrackID Consolidate module the following window will open.
TrackID consolidation
Your TrackID consolidation HTML 5 scanner-based screen should be open.
Type the TrackID into the TrackID field (usually, the operator will scan the TrackID with his scanner)
If the TrackID has multiple stock codes on it, you will be required to select which stock code you want to move from the drop-down list.
If the stock code is not lot traceable (the Lot field will be empty) then you must next input the Qty that must be moved. The total available Qty will be visible in the Available field
If the stock code is lot traceable, the current lot number will display on the screen and if there is only one the scanner will autoload this lot number. If you had multiple lot numbers on this stock code on this TrackID, you will be required to select the applicable lot number you want to move.
The scanner will default the available Qty (as shown in the Available field) in the Quantity field, but you can edit it as required. The unit of measure is also displayed next to the Quantity field
Lastly, you must update the destination TrackID, where you want to move the stock code onto.
Select Post.
The software will transfer the stock code (and a lot if applicable) that you have selected from off the supplying TrackID and onto the destination TrackID in both DATASCOPE WMS and SYSPRO.
If the destination TrackID is in a different warehouse or bin than the supplying TrackID, the software will perform a bin and/or a warehouse transfer of the stock code that has been selected.
Creating a new empty TrackID label for the destination TrackID
To create a new empty TrackID label select the New TrackID button at the bottom of the screen.
This will generate a new TrackID and print a label to the pre-configured printer.
For more information on configuring printers refer to Configure Printers
You can then use this new TrackID number as your destination TrackID.
