  • Open SYSPRO

  • On the Program List, browse to Sales Orders / Return Merchandise / RMA Query

Locate RMA Query in SYSPRO Program List

  • The RMA Query screen will open.

SYSPRO RMA Query Screen

  • Locate the applicable RMA by entering the number in the RMA number field or use the lookup icon to search for the number.

  • Once selected, the RMA Query screen will populate with the applicable RMA detail.

  • The Status code is in an Open state.

  • The Stock code for the specific RMA is visible in the Detail Lines data grid.
