Task Allocation for an Operator
Task Management / Task Maintenance / Operator Task Allocation [TIL004]
This module allows you to link specific tasks to specific operators. In practical terms, this means you can dictate whether an operator should or should not perform a certain task. For instance, if you have Pickers on the floor, you can prevent them from engaging in tasks such as put-aways that are outside their designated responsibilities.
This is usually required when the task script (under the Trigger Maintenance screen) was not configured to pre-assign a task to a user. The Administrator must first give the user permission to fetch tasks on the HTML5 Task List.

Try it!
From the Main Menu, browse to Task Management / Task Maintenance / Operator Task Allocation
The Operator Task Allocation screen will open.
Select the applicable Operator from the Operator drop-down on the left-hand side of the screen.
If applicable, update the Warehouse, Area, Zone, and MHE. These fields can be left blank. If captured, then the information will be recorded against Operator Defaults.
The data grid will populate with all the task that has been setup in the Task Master List module.
Select the check box under the Allow/Deny column. If it is checked, the Operator will be able to Fetch New Tasks from the HTML5 Task List and when unchecked, he will not be allocated to action those tasks.
You also have the option to set the Priority of the task per Operator, by selecting a Priority option. 1 being the highest priority and 10 being the least.
Select Save to save the changes for the selected Operator.
Customization is also possible using the built-in VBScript Editing tool and creating custom plugins.
