This module prints TrackIDs linked to more than one pallet to move the stock codes (ingredients) applicable for specific Job cards to the factory workstation. This is used in a blending-type manufacturing plant where DATASCOPE WMS is running, and SYSPRO Job Cards are being used, and where the stock codes (ingredients) for a Job can span over four or five pallets that will be blended together. This ensures that incorrect stock codes (ingredients) are loaded into the blending machines. The product will be rejected if incorrect stock codes (ingredients) are loaded in a blending machine.
The software allows for Job pick slips to be picked onto separate picking pallets. The picker can then use this module to print the required number (depending on the number of pallets) of TrackIDs and link it to the Job pick slip. The picker then picks the required stock codes for the Job and loads them on the picking pallets (TrackIDs) to move all the stock to the factory workstation. These Job pick slips on the picking pallets demarcate the linked picked pallets (TrackIDs) - this will ensure that no incorrect stock codes are loaded into the blending machines.
The Job would already be open in SYSPRO and a Pick Slip would have been generated for this Job before this module is used.
Enter or select the Job number from the Job field.
The Sales Order field will populate automatically, if applicable.
Enter or select the Warehouse. This is the Warehouse(s) in which the individual stock codes (ingredients) will be picked. Based on how the picking has been setup, these components/ingredients might come from different Warehouses.
Enter or select the applicable Zone, if required. This is an Optional field and can be left blank.
Select the linked Job Pick Slip. There might be more than one Pick Slip for a Job.
Enter the number of unique TrackIDs required (depending on the number of pallets) in the No of TrackIDs field
Enter the number of copies of each TrackID label (you can put a label on all four sides of the pallet) in the No of Copies field.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Selecting the warehouse will determine to which warehouse and picking bin location the picked product is moved. It is, therefore, possible to open a Picking Track ID in another warehouse and as you pick onto this TrackID, the components/ingredients stock will be transferred to the new warehouse.
