Update the Network username within SYSPRO

SYSPRO

All transactions posted between SYSPRO and DATASCOPE WMS are done via the SYSPRO E.Net Business Object layer. This is also true for user accounts. Please ensure the following is set up correctly within SYSPRO when creating new accounts.

When new operators are created, please make sure the Operator name is the same as the Network user name. The E.Net Business Object layer uses the Network user name, and you might experience login issues if these two aren’t the same.

  • Open SYSPRO

  • Browse to Setup / Operators from the Ribbon Bar

Locate Operators from Ribbon Bar
  • Select the Operator that is giving the error message when logging on.

  • Select the Maintain icon to view the Operator Name and the Network user name.

Maintain an Operator
  • Ensure the Operator name and the Network user name are the same.

  • Select Save if you made any changes.
