Shipping / Reprinting / Shipping TrackID Reprint [SHP090]

Once the dimensions and mass details have been updated, you should reprint the Shipping TrackID Label before dispatching.  The reprinting function is very handy, as you might need to print the Shipping TrackIDs with the dimensions and mass visible.

Try it!

On the Shipping TrackID tab, on the Waybill/BOL Maintenance screen (under Shipping on the Main Menu), you will find a Reprint Shipping TrackID button.

  • Open the required Waybill from the Waybill/BOL Number field or use the lookup icon to locate the desired Waybill

  • Please ensure all the Shipping TrackID has an ASSOCIATED status and that the dimensions and mass columns have been updated.

Note: If a Shipping TrackID must be changed or updated when it is in the status PACKED or ASSOCIATED, the User Permission MAY_PALLETIZE_PACKED_SHIPPING_PALLETS must be updated.  On the Ribbon bar, go to Settings / Permissions / Group Permission. Select the required group and locate the MAY_PALLETIZE_PACKED_SHIPPING_PALLETS permission. Check the check box to switch this on. You will then be allowed to update the dimensions and mass.

  • On the Shipping TrackID tab data grid select the Shipping TrackIDs that you want to reprint by selecting the checkbox next to the Shipping TrackID

  • Select the Reprint Shipping TrackID button at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen

  • The Printer pop-up will appear. Select Apply

Lastly, you can truckload the finalized Shipping TrackIDs into the delivery vehicle when the shipping agent arrives - Shipping Truckload
