Inbound Receipt / LCT Receipt / Receipt LCT [REC020] |
Fast and efficient receiving of new shipments is often critical in large warehousing operations particularly when the inventory is imported or comes from a factory that is running behind schedule. In these cases, the distribution center often has a load of sales order lines in backorder waiting to be released. As soon as the stock is available these order lines can be picked and shipped
This DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS module performs the equivalent of SYSPRO’s Shipment Receipt, receiving an LCT (Landed Cost Tracking) shipment and adding it to inventory.

Try it!
There are four different options to process LCT receipts within DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS:
Receipt the entire LCT (default option) – The entire LCT (all stock codes) will be receipted on one large Master Pallet. The pallet configuration is often unknown when the LCT receipt is being processed, so this Master Pallet is first created. It is then split later onto smaller pallets when the pallet configurations are accurately known when the container is unpacked. When the LCT container is physically unpacked, the HTML5 Receipt Palletization transaction will be used for the pallet splitting function.
Receipt of the LCT as per physical pallet configuration – This option allows you to build up an LCT Receipt pallet by pallet based on the physical configuration of the pallets in the LCT container. Once the pallet build-up is complete, the entire receipt will be posted into SYSPRO automatically, and the individual DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS TrackIDs will print out.
Receive the LCT using an HTML5 mobile device—This approach allows you to build up the LCT pallet using the HTML5 Pre-Receipt module.
Receipt the LCT by importing a packing list of pallet allocations – With this approach, a packing list of pallet allocations can be imported from an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file.
