Inbound / Receiving Strategies

The Inbound or Receiving processes are typically the first step when new stock arrives within a distribution center or warehouse. Within DATASCOPE WMS, stock can be received in the warehouse in various ways, starting with a fairly simple Purchase Order Receipt and going into more complex versions of receiving.

The Inbound module holds a range of functionality for processing incoming transactions. Here receipts are posted for normal purchase orders or LCTs (Landed Cost Tracking shipments) etc.
