Thank you for your understanding and patience. The module can randomly perform an audit check on any Picking TrackID in DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS. A Picking TrackID is the entity onto which any pick slip is picked. It can be the pick slip, a physical pallet, a carton, or even a box.
Info |
---|
Note: The naming convention for a Picking TrackID is usually pick slip number+warehouse OR pick slip number+warehouse+box. |
Auditing staff will move around a warehouse to check the progress of any picking slip, and this In-line Check Out module will be used. No inventory movement transactions occur in SYSPRO, but if the check is successful or a failure, a record will be posted against the picking pallet in DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS for future analysis.
Scan or enter the Picking TrackID in the Carton / TrackID field that must be audited. The pick slip must be in the status PICKED.
Info |
---|
Note: Remember the format for the Picking TrackID is pick slip number+warehouse. |
Tabbing off the Carton / TrackID field will load the stock codes and QTY already picked in the data grid.
Scan or enter the stock code, alternate stock code, or barcode into the Stock code field of each product on the picking pallet.
The actual QTY of each stock code will increment by 1.
You can use the Rescan button to reset the count QTY to zero.
If a barcode is scanned, the software will resolve the conversion factor configured to the stock code.
Info |
---|
Note: Conversion factors are configured in the Barcode Maintenance module. For more information, refer to Barcode Maintenance [WHS031] |
Continue to count all stock codes on the Picking TrackID until all stock codes are counted.
Select the Confirm button.
The software will post both over and under QTYs. A Failed message for an undercount will be posted against the TrackID History of the picking pallet being counted.
The under-counted stock codes will display orange in the data grid, and if there is an exact match, it will display green.
To view the TrackID History, browse the TrackID History screen under the Main Menu / KPI Dashboard & Reporting / TrackID History.
If a 100% match is posted (counted) for all stock codes, they will turn green in the data grid, and the TrackID History report will be updated again.
