Shipping / Waybill/BOL Maintenance Waybill/BOL Maintenance [SHP010]

The Waybill can be reviewed at any point in time prior to dispatching the goods. Viewing the tabs along the top of the Waybill/BOL Maintenance screen, the Pick slip, Picking TrackIDs, and Shipping TrackID linked to the waybill status can be viewed and tracked.

To ensure timely preparation, dispatch staff will typically use the tabs to review the status of the linked items on the Waybill and then follow up with warehouse staff.

To view and track the pick slips, Picking TrackIDs and Shipping TrackIDs:

Open the Waybill/BOL Maintenance screen under Shipping on the Main menu. Using the tabs at the top of the screen, you can view all the Pick Slips, Picking TrackIDs, and Shipping TrackIDs linked to the Waybill. You can track the status of each by viewing the status column in the data grid.

  • On the Shipping TrackID tab you can verify whether all items are on a Shipping TrackID and in which Shipping Lane they are.

Note: The following Shipping TrackID statuses exist: CREATED, IN_PACKING, PACKED/ASSOCIATED, LOADED, COMPLETE. At this stage, the Waybill must be in a IN_PACKING status.

  • Shipping TrackIDs were added to a specific Shipping Lane (or Shipping Track ID Bin) during the Dispatch Put Away process. For more information, refer to Dispatch Bin Put Away by Shipping TrackID

  • Dispatch staff would typically use the tabs to review the status of the linked items on the Waybill to see which Shipping TrackIDs can have their final dimensions and mass captured.
