<span style="font-family:Arial; font-size:9pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;text-decoration: underline;"><br/>FUNCTIONALITY OVERVIEW</span><br/><br/>This screen shows all pick face replenishments currently outstanding on the replenishment system.<br/>This data is generated either by the replenishment service running at set intervals, or by the users using customized planning reports to ensure that the replenishments for their orders for the next few days are prioritized.<br/><br/>Please read through the detailed manual on replenishment to view the available options and configurations.<br/><br/><span style="font-weight:bold;">STANDARD PROCESS</span><br/>Selection of the following is optional:<br/><br/>Select source Warehouse (the warehouse which supplies the stock to the pick face bins, this can be the same WH as the pick face)<br/>• Destination WH<br/>• Stock code<br/>• Zone (if the pick face is linked to zones)<br/>• Bin<br/>• Critical only<br/>• Show where no stock<br/><span style="font-weight:bold;"><br/>SPECIAL FEATURES</span><br/>• The creation time of the line is recorded<br/>• The line begins as open, and will turn red on the screen on the PC and scanner if the line is open and the length of time between when the report is run and the created time exceeds that specified by the setting below<br/>• Lines show as IN PROGRESS if the user has started working on them on their scanner on the pick face replenishment tab<br/>• The clear all button will clear all replenishments in the list (even if they are in progress)<br/>• Single lines can be deleted by right clicking on the line and clicking delete line<br/><br/><span style="font-weight:bold;">TECHNICAL</span><br/>• Relevant Settings<br/>&edsp;<br/><br/><span style="font-weight:bold;">SYSPRO Requirements &amp; Business objects used</span><br/>• Nothing required to run the report&edsp;<br/><br/><span style="font-weight:bold;">DATASCOPE Table updates</span><br/>• N/a<br/><br/><br/><br/></span>
