Info

TrackID consolidation

  • Your TrackID consolidation HTML 5 scanner-based screen should be open.

  • Type the TrackID into the TrackID field (usually, the operator will scan the TrackID with his scanner)

Image Added
  • If the TrackID has multiple stock codes on it, you will be required to select which stock code you want to move from the drop-down list.

  • If the stock code is not lot traceable (the Lot field will be empty) then you must next input the Qty that must be moved. The total available Qty will be visible in the Available field

Image Added
  • If the stock code is lot traceable, the current lot number will display on the screen and if there is only one the scanner will autoload this lot number. If you had multiple lot numbers on this stock code on this TrackID, you will be required to select the applicable lot number you want to move.

Image Added
  • The scanner will default the available Qty (as shown in the Available field) in the Quantity field, but you can edit it as required. The unit of measure is also displayed next to the Quantity field

Image Added
  • Lastly, you must update the destination TrackID, where you want to move the stock code onto.

Info

Note: If you try to transfer a stock code to a TrackID that already has another different stock code on it, then you may get a warning message and will not be able to post because, by default, Multiple stock codes on a TrackID are not allowed. To enable Multiple stock codes on a TrackID, change the Warehouse setting (located on the Ribbon bar) of the warehouse under GENERAL : MULTIPLE_STOCK_ITEMS_ALLOWED to Y

Info

Note: The Bin of the destination TrackID also displays on the screen for information purposes.

Note: A Post successful message will indicate that the transaction has been transacted correctly.

  • The software will transfer the stock code (and a lot if applicable) that you have selected from off the supplying TrackID and onto the destination TrackID in both DATASCOPE WMS and SYSPRO.

  • If the destination TrackID is in a different warehouse or bin than the supplying TrackID, the software will perform a bin and/or a warehouse transfer of the stock code that has been selected.

Creating a new empty TrackID label for the destination TrackID

  • To create a new empty TrackID label select the New TrackID button at the bottom of the screen.

Image Added
