Thank you for your understanding and patienceIf sales orders or jobs are canceled in SYSPRO, and there are still DATASCOPE WMS reservations for the stock on these orders, the reservation becomes “stuck,” and no one else can reserve this stock for other sales orders or jobs. In this case, the DATASCOPE WMS reservation must be cleared out to free it up for other reservations. There are two ways of achieving this.

The other option is to run the following report highlighting everything with a ‘stuck’ reservation.

  • You can select an applicable Warehouse from the Warehouse List drop-down or leave it blank for all Warehouses.

  • Select the Refresh icon.

  • The data grid will load all Sales Orders or Job Numbers with a ‘stuck’ reservation.

  • Right-click on the applicable line and select the Reservation Clearout option.

  • The Pick Slip Reservation Clear-out screen will open with the applicable Sales Order inserted into the filters.

  • Select the Delete button in the bottom right-hand corner.
