Try it!

  • Select the Scheduled Counts tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

  • Use the Schedule Type filter to locate the bin-level schedule.

  • Select the Load to Grid button to load the data grid.

  • The Schedule Type will be visible in the data grid.

Note: Lines can still be deleted by selecting the Delete link if a Bin, Stock Code, or Lot number does not require counting.

  • The Count Due Date and Bin Location are also visible in the data grid.

  • The status will be NEW.

  • Each Cycle Count also has a status indicator that can give the user an overview of the current status of the Scheduled Cycle Count. The statuses are also color-coded depending on the status.

o   NEW - BLACK Text - Nothing assigned or started yet

o   INPROGRESS - GREEN Text - All counts have been assigned

o   INPROGRESS - RED Text - Not all counts have been assigned 

o   COMPLETE - DISABLED - if included with new checkbox filter

  • On the right-hand side of the data grid, the count details will populate after the users start counting the bins.

  • Users will then start to count according to the allocated dates.

Counting the physical stock using the mobile device (Schedule Cycle Count)
