Inbound Receipt / LCT Receipt / Receipt LCT [REC020]
Fast and efficient receiving of new shipments is often critical in large warehousing operations particularly when the inventory is imported or comes from a factory that is running behind schedule. In these cases, the distribution center often has a load of sales order lines in backorder waiting to be released. As soon as the stock is available these order lines can be picked and shipped

This PC based screen is located on the main menu under Inbound Receipt > LCT Receipt > LCT Receipt
To start receiving an LCT, first will need to enter thin the Shipment Reference or click on the search button to view the Shipment Reference list.
When entering a Shipment with no Actual Arrival Date, you will get a Pop up to let you know. In SYSPRO you will need to amend the Shipment Actual Date.
A quick view of the Arrival date that has not been specified in Syspro
Enter in a Shipment Reference and press tab
What we need to do is allocate all the goods that have arrived by pressing on the Allocate All
Select Yes to continue
You can see the Status is now set with a Green Tick which means all allocated and the Finalize button is no longer greyed out. Hit the Finalize button to receipt all the good into WMS and SYSPRO.
